TRV-803ZB Zigbee thermostatic radiator valve is smart home devices that use Zigbee wireless communication technology. They are mainly used to control the water flow of heating radiators or floor heating systems, thereby achieving intelligent regulation of indoor temperature. They are usually used in conjunction with Zigbee gateways and can be remotely controlled and automatically managed through mobile apps, voice assistants or preset programs, aiming to provide a more comfortable and energy-saving heating experience.

The weekly programming function can set the temperature at different times.

A: Yes, most Zigbee TRVs support both individual and group control. You can set unique temperatures for each radiator via the app, or create groups (e.g., “Living Room” or “Upstairs”) to adjust multiple valves simultaneously for consistent comfort.
2. Q: Why is my Zigbee TRV not responding to app commands?
A: Common reasons include weak Zigbee signal (move the hub closer or add a Zigbee repeater), dead batteries, or lost pairing. Check signal strength in the app, replace batteries, and re-pair the valve with the hub if the connection drops.
3. Q: Can a Zigbee TRV work without internet, and does it support scheduling?
A: It works locally with a Zigbee hub (no internet needed) for basic temperature control and pre-set schedules. Internet access is only required for remote control via smartphone, voice commands, or syncing with weather data for adaptive heating.
4. Q: How long is the product warranty period?
A: Our products come with a 2-year free warranty. If there is a quality issue (such as failure to turn on or unresponsive buttons) after you receive the goods, you can contact the after-sales customer service and provide the order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.
