CCT-28 underfloor heating wiring centre is mainly used for home floor heating system, it is a hub controller with 8 Chanel concentrator with LED indicators. The on/off status of multiple floor heating circuits can be controlled simultaneously to achieve independent control of different areas. It can be used in different usage scenarios:

Home: Used to control the floor heating temperature of different rooms to achieve zoned heating.
Villa: Used to control the floor heating temperature of multiple floors or different areas.
Commercial places: Used to control the floor heating system of office buildings, shopping malls and other places.

1. Q: Can I install this hub controller by myself? Do I need to hire an electrician?

   A: Regarding the installation of the hub controller, we first recommend that you operate in strict accordance with the steps in the product manual under the guidance of professionals to ensure standardized installation and stable subsequent operation of the device. If you choose to install it yourself, you must carefully read the manual in advance, fully master the installation process, wiring requirements and safety precautions before starting the operation, so as to avoid affecting the device's function or causing potential safety hazards due to improper operation.

2. Q: What devices can be connected to an 8 loops wired hub?

    A: It is mainly designed for low-voltage control devices, such as electric actuators, water heating thermostats, or pumps. Each circuit corresponds to a controlled device/area, ensuring stable signal transmission without wireless interference. Avoid directly connecting high-power appliances to prevent circuit overload.

3. Q: Can I expand the number of circuits beyond 8 if needed?

    A: Standard 8 loops hubs don’t support direct circuit expansion. For more than 8 zones, you can connect multiple 8 loops hubs in parallel (via the hub’s cascade port, if available) or upgrade to a 16/24-circuit model. Ensure the total load doesn’t exceed the main controller’s capacity when cascading.

4. Q: How long is the product warranty period?

    A: Our products come with a 2-year free warranty. If there is a quality issue (such as failure to turn on or unresponsive buttons) after you receive the goods, you can contact the after-sales customer service and provide the order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.
