Beok RZ-AN230-NC thermal actuator is a small control valve used in water floor heating systems, usually installed on each circuit of the manifold. The electric actuator is opened or closed by the signal of the controller to adjust the circulation of hot water in the floor heating pipe under the floor, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the indoor temperature. In addition to the classic appearance design, this electric actuator also uses a French imported valve core to extend the service life of this electric actuator. Although there are many products with the same appearance on the market, we have better quality.
This electric actuator is a normally closed valve, which means that when there is no current, the actuator closes the circuit. With the help of the indicator element, the status of the actuator can be quickly checked. Therefore, this electric actuator is suitable for most floor water heating systems.

RZ-AN230-NC

RZ-AN Actuator is with a working status indicator. When it is working, the top indicator part witll raise.
1. Q: Can a single thermal actuator control multiple heating zones?
A: No, most thermal actuators are designed to control one valve (and thus one zone) at a time. For multi-zone systems, you’ll need one actuator per zone/valve, paired with a central control hub or multiple thermostats. This ensures each zone’s temperature is adjusted independently without cross-interference.
2. Q: What’s the role of a 230V normally closed thermal actuator in heating systems?
A: It’s a valve component that stays closed when de-energized (cutting off heat flow) and opens when powered (allowing heat to pass). It’s key for zone control in underfloor heating or radiator systems, letting you turn individual zones on/off via a thermostat.
3. Q: What causes a 230V normally closed thermal actuator to fail to open/close?
A: Common issues include power supply problems (check voltage and wiring), a stuck valve mechanism (due to dirt or debris in the pipe), or a faulty coil. First, test the power; if that’s fine, remove the actuator to check for blockages or replace the coil if needed.
4. Q: How long is the product warranty period?
A: Our products come with a 2-year free warranty. If there is a quality issue (such as failure to turn on or unresponsive buttons) after you receive the goods, you can contact the after-sales customer service and provide the order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.
