A: Regarding the installation of the thermostat, we first recommend that you operate in strict accordance with the steps in the product manual under the guidance of professionals to ensure standardized installation and stable subsequent operation of the device. If you choose to install it yourself, you must carefully read the manual in advance, fully master the installation process, wiring requirements and safety precautions before starting the operation, so as to avoid affecting the device's function or causing potential safety hazards due to improper operation.
2. Q: Why is my water floor heating not reaching the set temperature?
A: There could be several reasons. First, check if the thermostat is set correctly. Also, verify that the valves and actuators are functioning properly, and there are no blockages in the water pipes. The water temperature from the boiler might also be too low.
3. Q: What should I do if the thermostat makes a clicking sound when adjusting the temperature?
A: A normal clicking sound is typically caused by the thermostat’s internal relay switching on/off to control the connected valves or actuators—this is a sign that the thermostat is working properly. However, if the clicking is frequent or accompanied by temperature fluctuations, it may indicate a faulty relay or unstable room temperature. Check the sensor placement first; if the issue persists, contact technical support.
4. Q: How long is the product warranty period?
A: Our products come with a 2-year free warranty.
